Blue House Project - Our Unique Homeownership Program.
Robust research exists supporting the value of homeownership in all neighborhoods. According to The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, the value or sales price of homes in a neighborhood is arguably the single most direct measure of the economic vitality of a neighborhood. Residential stability predicts a great number of outcomes: physical and psychological health, overall life satisfaction, a sense of control over one’s environment, greater educational attainment, lower dropout rates, higher earnings, increased social interaction, and social cohesion, and fewer teen pregnancies.
RISE - Reaching Independence Through Support and Education across Missouri!
RISE is dedicated to helping families achieve long-term success by breaking free from the cycle of survival mode. Our comprehensive curriculum focuses on 16 key areas essential to achieving stability: accountability, parent training, transportation, housing, childcare, financial planning, job training, education, resolving legal issues, and health and wellbeing. By providing support in these critical areas, we're equipping families with the tools and resources they need to build a better future.
